Policy

All hair services booked have a 48 hour cancellation notice. This means anything canceled 48 hours to booked service has a 50% cancellation fee of canceled appointment.

All HAIR EXTENSION services all sales final. Once the agreed upon hair order is placed there, is no returns or refunds. 

We have a 2 week period for any corrections or modifications, anything after the 2 week from time of service is a paid service at the cost of the hourly rate of stylist.
